Terms and conditions

• The prices are per person per day, for a minimum stay of 4 days and depend on the occupancy of the apartment and the different periods of the season
• For a shorter stay will be applied a surcharge
• On January 1. 2018 there was introduced a local tax of 1.40 euro per person per day, from 14 years onwards. The tax is NOT included in the price and is paid locally
• Cot and high-chair are included
• Special offers for families
• The reservation will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit
• In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded (art.1385 CC)
• In case of late arrival or early departure will be charged the full price of the booked period
• The bill must be paid the day before departure, preferably by cash, advance transfer or cheque. We don’t accept credit cards
• The apartments are available from 14:00 the day of arrival and until 9:30 the day of departure
• If you are arriving after 17:00, please inform us in advance
• We are sorry, but for reasons of hygiene pets are not allowed
